Timloc Over Fascia Vent

• For roof abutment ventilation, on roofs where the eaves
incorporate a fascia board or roofs which do not incorporate a
soffit board or where an unbroken soffit board is required.

• Continuous 10mm airflow opening (10,000mm² per m) product for roof
pitches of 15° or more and the roof void is attic or loft space.

• Continuous 25mm airflow (25,000mm² per m) product for roof pitches of
less than 15°, flat roofs or any roof to be used as living accommodation.

• Efficient, very unobstructive and easy to fit.
• Superior strength construction, will carry the weight of the bottom row of tiles.
• 3.5 -4mm wide ventilation slots comply with BS5250.

Timloc Push In Vent

• Mainly used in refurbishment, push- in soffit vents provide a convenient
method of providing ventilation through an existing soffit board.

• Each ventilator provides 1600mm2 of free airflow and should therefore be positioned
at 160mm centres in order to achieve an equivalent of a continuous 10mm opening.

• Barbed ridges on the sides of the vents grip the soffit
board and hold them securely in place.

• Unobtrusive and easy to fit.
• Durable and totally resistant to decay.

Timloc Soffit Vent Strip Type C

• For roofs where the eaves incorporate soffit boards between 6 and 9mm thickness.
• Continuous 10mm airflow opening (10,000mm² per m) product for roof

pitches of 15° or more and the roof void is attic or loft space.
• Continuous 25mm airflow (25,000mm² per m) product for roof pitches of

less than 15°, flat roofs or any roof to be used as living accommodation.
• 4mm wide slots comply with BS 5250.
• UV stabilised, colourfast, durable and totally resistant to decay.

Efficient, very unobstructive and easy to fit.
